At Panzano Pizzeria Trattoria, we run our kitchen as a family, built on traditional recipes passed down through generations. Founded by brothers Jonathan and Christopher Latona, our goal from day one has been to bring authentic Italian comfort food to the table. We were proud to be highlighted by The Montclair Girl in their feature on authentic Italian spots with old-school vibes. Our menu spans everything from classic Grandma and Sicilian pies to specialty creations like our chicken cutlet pesto pizza and eggplant rollatini. We take particular pride in our dough and baking technique, aiming for that ideal golden bite on every single pie. As Artist E. shared after stopping in, the crust was "perfectly thin and crunchy and the cheese was high quality and the sauce was not too sweet." Whether you are dropping in for a casual family meal or picking up dinner to enjoy at home, we put the same care into every order.
